Our Approach and Methodology
We believe that through the enforcement of coordinated movement patterns, improvement of flexibility, and education of movement we will drastically improve your quality of life. This is manifested in Crossfit, Sweat, and Personal Training through the our three levels of physical activity:
Mechanics: An athlete must move safely with proper bio-mechanics before bearing any light load.
Consistency: The athlete must consistently perform the required movement with proper mechanics while bearing load.
Intensity: The athlete’s expression of their full work capacity with proper mechanics and consistency.
We begin all of our athlete's journeys with a No Sweat Intro Appointment. At this time we sit down and get to know your intentions, values and goals. Once we have that established, we find a plan that is right for you.
Our CrossFit classes are offered in a group setting while under the supervision and direction of a certified coach. In these classes one will train olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular endurance in varying sets and rep schemes. Our CrossFit group classes require four one-on-one on-boarding sessions with a certified coach prior to entering.
Specific to our athletes who want to compete in the sport of fitness; we offer customized programming to compliment our group classes. With set intentions, goals, and timelines; we create programs that will help our athletes reach their full physical potential as it pertains to competitive fitness.
